Larrissa Zhao

Larrissa is a Portland-based Operations Manager. She is passionate about mission-driven small businesses and making operations run seamlessly. Larrissa has spent her entire career in startups and is aware of the power in creating processes that support people and business instead of adding friction and frustration. She met Ashlan while working at her last role at a women’s economic development nonprofit. 


A lover of the outdoors and a seeker of sunsets, Larrissa believes in dreaming big, sitting down for tea, and that riding bikes will save the world.
